Dr. Nazila Kamaly

Dr Nazila Kamaly joined the Department of Chemistry at Imperial College London as faculty in 2019, following a Lundbeck Fellowship at the Technical University of Denmark and Instructor and Postdoctoral appointments at Harvard Medical School and MIT. She holds a PhD from Imperial College London and an MSci in Medicinal Chemistry from University College London. With nearly two decades of expertise in nanomedicine, her group develops bioinspired, multi-functional polymeric nanoparticles engineered to respond to disease-specific cues, enabling stimuli-responsive and spatiotemporally controlled drug delivery
