Jessica is a global Technical Marketing Lead for Croda Pharma’s Small Molecule and Protein Delivery platforms. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University, and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing. Her undergraduate research focused on identifying therapeutic targets for breast and ovarian cancer in overexpression systems. In her current role, Jessica leads cross functional teams to support new product development, driving teams to successful commercial global launches.

James has over 15 years’ experience focusing on the formulation sector, and holds his MChem from University of Hull. Whilst at Croda, he has worked on formulating with Croda’s current range of surfactants, leading new surfactant development teams and focusing on formulation science to develop high performance, sustainable surfactants. Over the last 10 years James has focused on understanding and development of excipients for the pharmaceutical sector, with particular interest in the role of excipient type and quality on the stability and delivery of drugs of differing modalities in numerous dosage forms.
