Truong Minh Hoang is our Sales Representative at Croda Pharma Vietnam of 14 years, specialising in pharmaceutical solutions and market development. With strong expertise in excipients and formulation support, Hoang is a Pharmacist, MBA graduate from Faculty of Pharmacy - University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City. With four years at Croda and a strong passion for advancing healthcare, Hoang is committed to supporting customers in creating effective and reliable pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.

Dhanila Varkey is our Applications Scientist with over 5 years experience specialising in formulations R&D. Dhanila attained her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology from the University of Mumbai. Her area of expertise is in nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems and 505 (b)(2) approaches for new formulation development - Topical and Transdermal. After joining Croda in September 2021, she supports the technical developments within the South Asia region.
