NatraPhos™ PL95EN is a highly purified egg yolk lecithin containing predominantly phosphatidylcholine and a smaller amount of phosphatidylethanolamine that is mainly used as an emulsifier for injectable lipid emulsions in parenteral nutrition and anaesthesia.
