The Brij ranges of ethoxylated fatty alcohols are nonionic surfactants, based upon a variety of fatty alcohols and different levels of ethoxylation. Brijs offer diverse properties for the formulation of a wide range of healthcare and pharmaceutical systems. Chemically all Brij products conform to the following structure where "R" represents the fatty alcohol moiety and "n" represents the number of moles of ethylene oxide.
